Oh, how nice that is - Intuitive Yoga goes into the second round!

Tomorrow finally it starts. I am looking forward to welcome all 5 participants in the first personalized course of the year.

In my youth, I came into contact with yoga for the first time. I tried yoga styles like hatha yoga, pranayoga, priyayoga and yoga in the vinyasa flow. I did not really get stuck in any yoga style until I came across the term combination Intuitive Yoga.

Intuitive yoga, as I practice it to this day, thrives on the gentle interplay of the body's own perception, mindful and dynamic movements as well as everyday training of posture of our back. With the focus on the spine, I associate intuitive asanas with individually adapted relaxation training. Borders of the body are lovingly taken into account, new possibilities are recognized. Nourishing breathing techniques and centering of the mind through mindfulness training as well as deep relaxation through guided meditations allow the release of energy blockages and form an integral part of my courses. With this combination, everyone gives their body and mind individual space and time to breathe, as well as the opportunity for regeneration at the cell level. In intuitive yoga, as I teach, everything is allowed. Everything is allowed.

Intuitive Yoga - An Absolute Heart Course with Depth.

Intuitive Yoga is one of my absolute heart courses. As I practice it, intuitive yoga is not a high-performance sport, but rather a gentle form of movement characterized by much appreciation and mindfulness towards one's own body.

Together we practice in a relaxed atmosphere in my practice rooms. I will not show you how to overly bend your body. Rather, you can give your body mindful time and ear.
