The word intuition is derived from the Latin "intueri", which means "to look closely". When we listen to our intuition, we feel a certain coherence in ourselves. The mind is secondary. Rather, we rely on our feeling. Thus, we would also be in the connection to the belly brain. Although the center of the emotions lies in the limbic system of the brain, nevertheless - above all the belly brain is, as described above, closely coupled with our emotions, reacts sensitively to feelings of any form and "thinks in a sense".
If we are often exposed to stress, our abdominal brain reacts with signals. If we ignore these signals, then it can even lead to diseases. However, as we begin to consciously perceive, respect, and appreciate the signals of our body as a loving signal, we can also perceive bodily signals in decision-making that help us to ascertain whether we have made a decision against our inner voice or for ourselves. People who listen to their feelings and listen to themselves are able to intuitively sense when something feels good for them, feels right and when it does not. This has a huge advantage. For if we decide to treat ourselves with respect, treat ourselves with care, and listen to our (gut) feeling, then we go our soul path, that is, the path we wish to be, deep within ourselves. On the soul path we are in our strength. We know that we can do anything. If we are on the soul path, then we feel, what is good for us and what makes us stress. This is how we learn to let go and to deal with demands, because we are always emotionally in our midst. And best of all, we're avoiding one of society's biggest ills - stress.
