Everything is not what it seems, or to get to the void

Why, when it seems to me that everything is fine with my spouse, children, people, my eyes begin to watery.

What are tears? This is purification, you tell me.

And what are tears of joy? Purification of joy?

All is not what it seems, remember? Tears of joy are the cleansing of sadness and disappointment, sadness and regret that such a moment cannot last forever.

Tears of joy purify you just like tears of sorrow. This is water that is washed out of your body, taking with it all the destructive, aggravating your bodies. But if there is a sea of ​​negativity in you, then how long does it take to cleanse if this negativity brings a trickle? All is not what it seems, do you remember?

Everything that stops you, that repels you, and what you want to get rid of is your best friend. Do not run, but go towards.

Let the tears of joy, or sorrow, pour until the stream runs dry. Let the tears pour for the time being, until nothing remains inside, complete emptiness.

After all, this is what happens, crying out everything that you feel, you feel a bottomless hole in yourself, but like any abyss, it has a bottom. It seems to you that you are left alone, completely alone, but I draw your attention to the fact that this is still the same emptiness that is filled with everything that is.

This void is an ideal place for a new creation. Having cried out pain, or joy, you empty your vessel, and now you can fill it with what is truly important to you.

But many people think that tears are something terrible, and therefore a state in their void is something they don’t want to return to.

And then attention is directed to overcoming the pain and anger, or delight and happiness that lead to such excruciating mental torment. And overcoming is resistance. Then you begin to go from the opposite - what you need to run away from is shining so brightly for you that you are going into this light.

It took a lot of time to run away and correct, so that I realized that this is a dead end. Going forward and living all that is is the only way to get to the void.

Whereas the darkness frightening you makes you run and hide, get away from it. And therefore, not every one of you can understand what is light. Much around you is filled with the illusion of light, like an artificial lamp, or an incandescent bulb that illuminates space.

Do not fight with your tears, and do not meditate on them. Just let these tears appear and take away everything that you no longer find a place in. All that you have worked in yourself.

And if you need to prepare for something, then only for the complete emptiness that you will be ready to fill with what you sincerely choose for yourself.

Your awareness is preparation for a complete immersion in the dark, where you find yourself in a space of possibilities. And if you were able to overcome the thought forms that hold you in limbo, you will find within yourself a source of light that will illuminate this darkness. Not to disperse, but to fill.
