Family holidays in the Carpathians part 2

I do not like to cook (no, of course, I bring the chanterelles brought from the Carpathians to sour cream for potatoes, and I will make the salad with cheese with pleasure), so the kitchen without functionality was very even for me (in fact, the wood is spoiled by water and constant washing, and the house is full of smells, so cooking in this wooden house would not be very good anyway).

But tasty to eat, I am very fond and demanding about the food that others prepare (I know, paradox, but what to do). And even more precious in us Danusya. However, here she ate a lot, she liked everything (though somehow she was ordered fries - and it interrupted her all other impressions, so she was happy, had to order a few more times, eh).

I drank goat's milk (and given the fact that there is a rich variety of grasses in the mountains, and there is no industrial enterprise in a radius of 100 km, even cars do not drive, its value in my mother's eyes increased at times), ate trout baked with mushrooms (good , she was boneless), with great pleasure she tasted all the Hutsul dishes (only the caterpillar got the definition of "tasty, but I don't want and don't offer it anymore", everything else was removed even from the parents' plates).

The farm has its own production of not only teas/honey/jams/Phyto-syrups (all this came to the child - and still comes, because we brought along a bag of goodies - wonderful), but also our own dairy plant.

But I will return to food because it is too easy for me to throw out conversations about international politics (education of an internationalist is not so easy to digest).

We ate at a local restaurant (by the way, the restaurant building is the first ancient house that the owners bought for themselves from their 94-year-old grandfather to escape from the hustle and bustle of Kyiv and then founded a hamlet there), but the problem was every meal. because everything is so satisfying (and completely natural, local - by the way, there is no preparation from the preparations, everything is fresh and at once; the wait time of the dish is much longer than anywhere else, so lunch should be ordered for breakfast, dinner - for lunch) who had to take meat/fish and garnish, or did BP and dessert or soup and dumplings / pancakes and divide by three.

Neither I nor Igor would eat the soup and the meat with garnish on their own (and all friends know our usual appetites). Breakfast is included in the room rate - also very hearty and varied.

In fact, the owners say that the concept of health - through the air, food, and water (in the farm - seven different sources, water from them flows into one well and is then fed into the houses). There are also additional therapies - apitherapy (sleep on beehives), hippotherapy (grasshoppers), herbal medicine (through syrups, baths, Phyto-barrels, rest on lounges in juniper Phyto-valley; the latter is a buzzing buzz, terribly sad that opened it for the day before last), pajama therapy (at the request of guests they can bring food all day to the lodge), and a variety of others that we have not tried.

Wild mushrooms and chanterelles grow generously around (for the first time in my life I harvested - and it was a thrill!), Strawberries, blueberries, cranberries, various medicinal herbs, so you can arrange such a rest for good. There are health stairs with a gazebo on the mountain as a reward. There is a swimming pool (and soon there will be a spa with a panoramic pool above the precipice!), There are simulators in the woods (the Ukrainian manufacturer is love!).

But the best therapy, which is not even mentioned as actual therapy, is a rest for the tired at work with the computer of the eye. For ears, exhausted from the humor. For the respiratory tract - after a June pneumonia, our baby caught a virus again and had a very unpleasant residual cough as we drove to the village, but despite the cold weather that came there, it stopped coughing for several days.

I was so sad that all the kids on the farm (and the houses are usually fully populated in the season) have gummies, because they have wise moms and daddies and know that the Carpathians do not need to take sandals and gym shoes, but even boots in the summer, made it clear that at the reception, gums are issued for the period of stay free of charge, for all sizes, to all guests. So she also took Danusi and looked like a very wise mother to the fresh guests.

In our house (with its own mini-courtyard, swing, and barbecue outside) there was a lovely spacious living room with a fireplace, a kitchen (which served me a study through a comfortable table and a place where Danusya made us tea), a comfortable bathroom (with a window on the mountains), and above are two well-appointed bedrooms and a spacious balcony.

The child tried to sleep alone in her own bedroom, but for a short while - eventually she again rolled over to us, so we were sad that we did not bring close friends with us (especially since the sofa was falling apart so the children could sleep there) and we decided to fix it in the future.

I was impressed by the upbringing of the children at the table and the general temperature of the farm's intelligence. Adults do not get to know each other. The personality, the silent inner silence, and space around are appreciated - and that's good too.
