Обогащаем свой словарный запас 💪🇺🇸🇬🇧🇻🇬 или «Как получить высокий балл на ЕГЭ» 💪💪 If you want to sound more profound and academic, especially when it comes to #exams ( essays, reports), you’d better avoid “but” and “also” because they really simplify your language. Well, let’s replace them with: 🔴BUT🔴 📌however- «однако»( самый ходовой вариант) Это вводное слово, ставим его в начало и обособляем запятой. ✅He is fond of tennis. However, his favourite sport is baseball. 📌although- «хотя», «не смотря на» Это союз, он соединяет 2 части предложения. ( относительно формальный). ✅Although he is fond of tennis, his favourite sport is baseball. 📌though- «хотя (впрочем)» Менее формальный союз, разговорный синоним although. ✅His favourite sport is baseball though he likes tennis. 📌yet- «всё же», «однако» Yet может заменять but, чтобы придать предложению выразительность и звучание. В этом случае ставим перед yet запятую (❗️перед BUT запятая не ставится).  ✅He plays tennis well, yet his favorite sport is baseball. 📌nevertheless- «тем не менее», «однако»(самый формальный вариант) Обособляем запятой. ✅He was able to play tennis really well, nevertheless, he was keen on baseball. 🔴Also🔴 📌besides- «кроме того», «притом» ✅ Унесенные ветром. Синонимы «like» или « Как получить максимальный балл на ОГЭ/ЕГЭ»!!! To like or not to like? This is the question. All of us constantly say “ I like” in our everyday life. So, what’s wrong with it then? 🤪🙈 Well, actually, the problem is the same as with “ bads and goods” 🤓 Saying or writing “I like” in your letter/essay/report… is too simple and elementary🥴It sounds like a speech of a 5th-grade student, frankly speaking!!! Experts and examiners would not appreciate that. If the examiner notices that you put down “I like” several times, he/she will never assess your work with a high score!!! So , what shall we do ❓ Let us substitute (замены): I like= 📌I am fond of 📌I am keen on 📌I fancy 📌I enjoy 📌I am really into 📌I am crazy about 📌I adore 📌I can’t live without ‼️Remember‼️ После этих фраз/выражений используем: 1)существительное 2)местоимение в косвенном падеже 3)герундий ⬇️Examples: 🔴Do you fancy eating out tonight? 🔴I am really into jazz nowadays. 🔴Yoga?
