Butler на Сретенке: просто идеальный бар
Побывал недавно в баре Butler, открытым японским Ютой Инагаки в одном укромном подвале на Сретенке, — и пожалел, что не сделал этого гораздо раньше. Как по мне, бар из идеальных. Минималистичные в исполнении коктейли в классическом стиле, без разных новомодных диких гастрономических сочетаний и бешеных подач. А это то, что мне в коктейльной культуре больше всего по сердцу. «Винтажный негрони» — из лучших «Негрони» в городе, лёгкий и с хорошей горечью. Прекрасный «Сазерак», который похож во вкусе...
