The presented research work analyzes the dependence of business negotiations and intercultural differences among Chinese and Azerbaijani companies and organizations. The main objective of the study is to identify and determine the basic cultural factors influencing the outcome of business negotiations, including final decisions, building partnerships, and conducting business communication among representatives of different cultures of China and Azerbaijan.
