The electric Ford F-150 is here! It's called the F-150 Lightning, and it will be available in spring 2022. First and foremost, the electric F-150 is a pickup truck, so it's made to tow and haul. Ford lists 2,000 pounds of payload capacity with the standard-range battery, while the extended-range battery offers a 10,000-pound tow rating when equipped with the tow package.
