I make proposals to stop stream from mountain like , resantly , there's in China . I think , that nessesery to freez this stream from helicopters by air from radiators with liquid nitrogen . There's nessesery to make it in a pattern of crossing compact lines from freezing parts of stream from mountain lines under acute angles along stream , creating some braking mechanism on a big distance by helicopters .
