Brief information about yourself, somehow:
a) date, month and year of birth;
b) what kind of child does he have with his parents;
c) where he lives;
d) who works for;
e) marital status (if married, the date of birth of the spouse);
- Information about the people on whom questions will be asked (if possible similar);
- A list of questions of interest (including questions about the health status and professional orientation of children, if the latter have not reached the age of 10);
- Photos of themselves, their parents, those people on whom questions will be asked (photographs should be clear, people captured on them should not have black glasses in their eyes, if possible look into the lens and do not hold animals in their hands).
If there is no photo of a person, you can provide a sample of his handwriting.
The consultation is provided in the format of an individual consultation by phone(only russian language)/audio file on your email(russian+english language) .
The cost of individual consultation by phone is 6008USD/6008 EURO, audio file on your email 12016 USD/12016 EURO
