Терракт в Крокус сити, это не просто бойня...

Вы знаете, что в Армии, если солдат выполняет приказ убивать противника, то его не судят, потому что по закону военного времени, если он не выполнит приказ, то будет расстрелян!
И ответственность в этом случае несет командир отдающий приказы!
Те кто стреляли в Крокусе просто куклы, тела, не удивлюсь что они были под воздействием психотропных веществ.
А вот те кто отдавали эти приказы, наверняка прекрасно известны в кругах нашей разведки..
Так может пора уже начать заниматься не исполнителями а Заказчиками?
