Story: A Busy Market.
In a small town, there was a big market. Every weekend, many people visited it. They were looking for nice things to buy. Some were customers, and some were buyers.
One Saturday, Tom, a young boy, went to the market. He had much money in his pocket. His mother had told him, “You should buy fruit because it’s healthy.” Tom saw many apples and bananas. “I could buy a lot of fruit,” he thought, “but I don’t need much fruit. I should listen to my mom.” He took a few apples and walked on.
In one shop, there were lots of toys. Tom wanted many toys, like cars and balls. A kind woman, who had been working there for years, smiled at him. “You should choose something small,” she said. “You could take a car or a ball.” Tom thought, “I could get both!” But he didn’t have much time, so he picked one car and a little juice to drink.
When Tom left, he saw lots of people shopping. He thought, “I would come back with a few friends. We could find a lot of fun things!” The market had a little magic, and Tom, the happy buyer, loved it.
