Today we are capable of conducting only defensive operations. There can be no complaints against us – we are fighting to the extent that the technical support of the army allows.
There is no problem with human resources. There is a problem with what to arm. There are enough people willing to join the army, we recruit only to make up for losses. We do not recruit people to form new units based on the Western standard.
Tactically we retreated, but strategically we won. The retreat does not undermine morale, because the army understands everything.
We are improving our positions and conducting counter-offensive actions.
I think there will be a lull, because Russia has no reserve.
