Hello guys!


Have you ever felt overloaded (перегружен)? Like you've planned everything but somethings goes wrong (не так) (for instance, you forgot there are only 24 hours in a day) and the day comes to an end (подходить к концу) but you realize (осознавать) you haven't completed all your goals. Thumbs up (пальцы вверх) if you're with me👍🏻

Frankly (честно), I want really too much from one day as I'm trying to fix (исправить, справиться со всем) everything at once to have some calm rest afterwards (после). But it turns out (оказываться) that I can't finish everything on time and I start feeling down in the dumps (быть подавленным).

I'd like to share some tips of mine that could help you organize your time properly (тщательно).

1. Divide your days

Make a certain day for a certain purpose (цель): Thursday - ironing, Friday - hobbies, Wednesday - sport and so on.

(apart from work and family duties, of course)

2. Set 3 main goals (цели) and 3 not critical ones.

Always complete the main ones and try your best to accomplish (выполнить) all the rest.

3. Praise (хвалить) yourself.

It's damn important.

4. Stick (придерживаться) to the plan.

No matter (не важно) what mood you have - stick to the plan. Prioritize (расставить приоритеты) your achievements and just go for it!

5. Have some time to stop.

It's better to be a day when you can just stop for a while and charge your batteries (подзарядиться).
