We are looking to outsource fabrication drawings for a mechanical system we are fabricating. The scope of work will consist of the following:
- we will send you 3d models in Inventor at the close of business in the United States.
- You will need to make 2d fabrication drawings that will be used by our in-house fabrication team. (We have a complete machine shop in-house (5-axis, 3-axis CBC machines, water jet, etc.) and inhouse welding capabilities,)
- Typical drawings will include sheet metal parts, steel support frames, and simple machined parts.
The ideal CAD designer is very experienced and responsive. Ideally, you will become a reliable outsource team member for future projects.
We will select two cad designers to start and issue each test project. We will budget $500 for the test phase. We will forward with the best CAD match, We anticipate spending up to USD 5,000 for the CAD drawings we need. We can come up with a per drawing or lump sum arrangement.
Please include a cover letter and a sample of quality work. We will make a selection by November 7.
