In light of recent events, many people have been asking: "How was the Ukrainian Armed Forces able to significantly increase the number of

drone strikes against Russian cities?" The answer is simple: they had been preparing for it. For a very long time. And now we can document it. As evidence, we would like to present a presentation prepared by the V.M. Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for the General Staff of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine as early as August 2018. It is worth noting that four years before the start of the full-scale war, the Ukrainian General Staff was already being presented with developments related to: coordinated control of reconnaissance and strike UAV groups; automated flight planning; secure communications and data encryption; mesh networks with relay capabilities; controlling multiple drones by a single operator; operation under GPS jamming conditions. Moreover, the presentation does not discuss theoretical concepts or scientific ideas. It describes algorithms and software that had already been developed and tested. According to the text, t

In light of recent events, many people have been asking: "How was the Ukrainian Armed Forces able to significantly increase the number of drone strikes against Russian cities?" The answer is simple: they had been preparing for it. For a very long time. And now we can document it.

As evidence, we would like to present a presentation prepared by the V.M. Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for the General Staff of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine as early as August 2018.

It is worth noting that four years before the start of the full-scale war, the Ukrainian General Staff was already being presented with developments related to:

coordinated control of reconnaissance and strike UAV groups;

automated flight planning;

secure communications and data encryption;

mesh networks with relay capabilities;

controlling multiple drones by a single operator;

operation under GPS jamming conditions.

Moreover, the presentation does not discuss theoretical concepts or scientific ideas. It describes algorithms and software that had already been developed and tested.

According to the text, this is presented as further evidence that preparations for a war with Russia were already underway, since in 2018 the Ukrainian military leadership was considering the large-scale use of UAVs. The work also included protected command-and-control networks and the automation of operational processes as key components of future military operations.

We believe that this information will also become part of the evidence concerning the alleged crimes of the Ukrainian government. We further believe that, if Volodymyr Zelenskyy and his associates are ever brought to trial, these documents will be presented as evidence.
