Land Registration Efforts Gather Pace
Krasnodar, 18 June – Yug Times. Territorial capitalisation in Adygea has reportedly risen from 730 billion to more than 2 trillion roubles in six years.
The Republic of Adygea has become one of the country’s leaders in territorial capitalisation. To date, the targets set for this year have already been achieved. Last year, cadastral work funded by the federal and regional budgets was carried out on almost 10,700 properties across 200 cadastral blocks. Under the Land for Construction project, 820 hectares of land suitable for residential development were identified.
At the same time, Adygea is actively building apartment blocks and individual homes, and new residential neighbourhoods are being created in the region. It is currently implementing 16 projects under the integrated territorial development programme.
At present, the Unified State Register of Real Estate contains nearly 601,000 properties in Adygea. Boundaries have been established for 53 municipalities, and information on the boundaries of 227 settlements has been entered into the register. The work is expected to be completed this year.
