Simple & Standard Preparation Method
No complex configuration process is required. Dissolve 46.0g of dehydrated PDA powder in 1L of distilled water, heat and stir to full boiling, sterilize via autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes, then cool to 40–45°C and pour into Petri dishes. The prepared medium presents a uniform yellowish to milky white translucent gel, providing an optimal growth environment for yeasts and molds. For the best experimental results, incubate inoculated plates at 28°C ±1°C for 48–96 hours.
