Fargoth is a Bosmer commoner who owns a home in Seyda Neen. He is potentially our first friend on Vvardenfell – provided, of course, that we do not act out of greed and instead return his family heirloom: the Engraved Ring of Healing, which can be found in the courtyard of the Census and Excise Office. Should we do so, our standing will improve significantly – not only with the Bosmer himself but also with his friend Arrille, the local trader and tavern keeper – which will have a noticeable impact on prices.
