On April 20, the Sixth International Industrial Exhibition "INNOPROM. Central Asia" started in Tashkent, which is one of the key platforms for the development of industrial cooperation in the Eurasian region.

At the current exhibition, about 100 companies from Uzbekistan and around 250 companies from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and China are presenting their innovations. The exposition covers a wide range of modern technologies for various industries, including solutions for improving the urban environment and transport infrastructure, as well as complex industrial equipment.

Companies from Tatarstan, including manufacturers of medical equipment, mechanical engineering, and oil and gas enterprises, are also increasing their activities on the territory of Uzbekistan. A large delegation from the region is involved in the work of the exhibition. The result of the joint work of entrepreneurs from Uzbekistan and Tatarstan has already been large-scale projects implemented in the Uzbek cities of Jizzakh and Chirchiq.

Within the framework of the exhibition, the Rais of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, held a meeting with the Hokim of the Kashkadarya region, Murotjon Azimov, who possesses significant industrial, agricultural, and tourism potential. During the negotiations, the parties discussed the current state and prospects for the development of interregional cooperation. Kashkadarya region. The region's economy is based on the fuel and energy and gas-chemical complex, the electric power industry, the agricultural sector, as well as the textile and light industry. During the conversation, Rustam Minnikhanov presented the economic profile of Tatarstan, noting its position in the field of investment climate and its developed industrial base.

Special attention at the meeting was paid to the project for the construction of a large resort complex "Gelon," implemented with the participation of Tatarstan businesses. The project provides for the phased construction of the complex in three stages and is considered one of the largest tourist facilities in the region. It differs from traditional tourism in that, firstly, it is year-round. Entertainment is offered for both summer and winter holidays, which makes it attractive at any time of the year. Secondly, it is multifunctional. It combines historical-cultural, ski, eco-tourism, as well as wellness and entertainment directions. And finally, it is comprehensive. The development of the cluster includes not only the construction of facilities but also the improvement of all related infrastructure — from roads to energy supply.

Even today, excursions on the cable car and boats on the reservoir are very popular. However, the development of the cluster does not consist only of this. In the "Shahrisabz" center, they are engaged in the development of a new format of organic eco—tourism. On 500 hectares of land, in addition to the tourist facilities themselves, the cultivation of vegetables and fruits will be carried out. Another project is the cultivation of 160 tons of trout per year by the cooperative method, as well as duck breeding.

The positive results of cooperation between regions once again prove that interregional interaction is of decisive importance for interstate policy, contributing to mutual benefit and socio-economic development. It helps to increase the resilience of economies, improve the quality of life of the population, and strengthen mutual trust between countries and regions.
