Prosecutor Clarifies Business Rights

Krasnodar, 31 March – Yug Times. It has been reported that Acting Prosecutor of the Republic of Adygea Dmitri Grigoriev held a meeting with local business representatives to outline their rights. He confirmed that the moratorium on scheduled inspections remains in force in 2026 and has been extended until 2030, meaning routine checks by regulatory authorities will not be carried out. Grigoriev also highlighted over-sight of rights of business entities. Last year, prosecutors identified over 520 violations in this area and issued more than 460 enforcement measures, leading to 105 officials facing disciplinary or administrative action. “The protection of businesses from undue pressure by supervisory bodies remains a priority,” the regional Prosecutor’s Office said. In 2025, prosecutors reviewed 392 requests from regulatory agencies seeking approval for unscheduled inspections — and rejected 89% of them.
