KuCoin's operator has agreed to pay $500,000 to settle allegations from the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission. The CFTC had accused the exchange of operating an unregistered offshore platform that illegally allowed U.S. residents to trade derivatives, according to Bloomberg.
