Arsen brought up my ex dozens of times on his podcasts and dedicated a whole post to me in his "Base". So it's only fair I give his "phenomenon" some attention too. Markaryan just got 4.5 years in prison. No surprise there. It's a standard state reaction to anything going against the Kremlin's narrative. I'm strictly against jailing people for most non-violent crimes, especially when there's no intent to harm anyone. That's my stance and it hasn't changed. The basic rule you need to get: every country and religion runs on its own playbook. What's legal in one place can get you the death penalty in another. You don't make the rules in someone else's house. An even dumber move is playing both sides. It just doesn't work. If you try to play both sides you're gonna get screwed. The world has changed, being in the middle is over. You have to pick a side. Make your choice and stick to it. Always, in everything.
