Each company has its own unique combination of components, so there is no universal formula for achieving 10x growth.
At the same time, my experience shows that the 7Ss formula can serve as a basis for developing an effective formula for 10x growth for most companies. To do this, two things need to be done:
- Determine the optimal weighting of each S and
- Combine all 7Ss into the most productive combination.
The 7Ss of Exponential Business Growth 10+ are: Strategic intent, Systemic innovation, Synergies, Simulation games, Scaling up, Speed, and Sustained effort.
- Strategic Intent: it must be made not only correct, but also inspiring, otherwise your business train will not only move sluggishly, but also in the wrong direction.
- Systemic innovation: Transitioning a business to exponential growth must be done simultaneously and harmoniously across all areas, as a single organism, otherwise it will become a freak. A harmoniously developing system thrives. A system without harmony stalls and risks collapse.
- Synergy. The synergy formula is 1 + 1 = 11. This formula clearly demonstrates how exponential growth can be achieved by creating a strategically aligned synergy of diverse knowledge, ideas, approaches, solutions, skills, actions, processes, innovations, results, and other components.
