I'm willing to rent long-term and would be happy with a monthly rent of 15-18k/month. I'll be living alone. I'm a traveler, web developer, and work remotely online, so internet access or a strong 4-5G signal is essential. I'd like to see this apartment and we could sign a contract right away.
