• Cold engine + very short drive = unnecessary wear for almost no benefit.

• Walking 1–2 minutes gives you a tiny movement break.

• You avoid the slightly awkward “start, drive 20 seconds, stop” cycle.

The only reason to drive would be:

• It’s raining heavily.

• You’re in a rush.

• The car has an issue that requires you to keep it running.

Otherwise, 100 meters is basically “extended parking,” not a real drive.

So my vote: walk, enjoy the 2-minute reset.
