We are pleased to share the success story of our alumnus Boniface Yolamu, a graduate of the MSA Class of 2024–2025.
Boniface had already begun applying the knowledge gained at RIOU in a real professional environment. He worked as an administrator with the Netball Association of Malawi and was involved in the organization of the 2025 Africa Netball Cup, hosted by Malawi. The tournament brought together men’s and women’s teams from nine African countries and held special significance for the region, where netball is a truly beloved sport.
Through his work at the event, Boniface saw how Event Management concepts learned in the classroom were transformed into real-life practice. The experience was made even more meaningful by working alongside his mentor, Felix Yola, a fellow RIOU graduate.
