Pop mart was absolutely and definitely my original creation in 2007 Sydney， Australia, and has already been officially registered in Australia, Sydney. The process of how it became art work of Mrs Wong is not important already( somewhat same as Nintendo who charged the French company for illegal manufactured unauthorized copyrights and pursued the case for 15yrs) ， but according to the official registered time as it claims via the official registered trademark under the so-called toy company Ning, Wang was 2010 not 2006. But my Alexander was already registered in Sydney since late 2006 when i was an animation student there , and the whole progress was examined strictly through UTS where i finished my animation master major.
It can be classified as infringement of my copyright is based on animation rule with regard to the most important part of Molly ,the facial expression, is exactly the same as my "Alexander" associated with my original animation as official production in 2007 and printed products.
Same as that famous labubu, which was original created in 2013 , Tokyo. The original images were recorded in the iphone which had already stopped manufactured in 2015 , in which the ningwang's company claimed that so -called the birth labubu whose official released timing had already 2yrs later than mine .
You can't argue that transplantation of organs from original creation as your own is not defined as infringement of copyright.
I will push hardly to pursue and fight for my legal compensations according to this claim everyday. It's not forgivable and no way to tolerant the illegal infringement of whole facial expressions of my Alexander, whom i asked some local hongkongers to judged whether they thought they had absolutely same facial . almost everybody who saw and agreed , the only distinction is that Molly is a girl my Alexander is a boy.
I decided to repost this everyday to let everyone knows rather than toleranting twisted truth via medias.
And the reason why i notice Russian ,Aussie and Japanese copyright registration office is because my Alexander was original a Russian boy with birth since 2006 , throughout the institution that i finished my master degree in animation in Sydney, Australia. Last but not least , Labubu was absolutely another infringement of my copyright that was created originally and independently in Tokyo with name "haunted laughter".
