The U.S. Department of Justice has not sold any of the Bitcoin forfeited from the Samourai Wallet case, according to a White House advisor. The advisor stated that selling the assets would have violated Executive Order 14233, which prohibits the sale of Bitcoin obtained through criminal or civil forfeiture.
