Ethereum Foundation co-executive director Hsiao-Wei Wang identified zero-knowledge proofs as a core component of Ethereum's midterm roadmap. In an interview with CoinDesk, Wang cited "many amazing breakthroughs" in ZK technology over the past one to two years.
