Doing sport is very important for modern teenagers because it helps them stay healthy and strong. Regular physical activity makes the heart and muscles stronger and gives more energy. Sport also helps teenagers relax and reduce stress after school. It can improve mood and help young people feel more confident.

Besides sport, many teenagers try to keep fit in other ways. They walk a lot, ride bikes, or use stairs instead of lifts. Some young people eat healthy food and drink more water. Others try to sleep enough and spend less time on their phones.

In my free time, I enjoy walking outdoors and listening to music. I also like doing simple exercises at home when I have time. Sometimes I meet friends, which also helps me stay active.

My attitude to sports activities is positive. I believe sport is not only useful but also enjoyable, especially when you choose an activity you like.
