As a transient voltage suppressor designed for parasitic-sensitive systems, the SLESD0524P achieves precise adaptation to high-frequency scenarios in core performance: the reverse working voltage (VRWM) reaches 5.0V, compatible with mainstream low-voltage high-speed circuits; the minimum reverse breakdown voltage (VBR) is 6.0V, ensuring no interference with signal transmission during normal operation; the forward clamping voltage (VC) is only 10V under 1A pulse and 15V under 4A pulse, which can quickly limit transient overvoltage to a safe range and protect backend sensitive chips. Its most prominent advantage lies in the ultra-low junction capacitance — only 0.2pF (typical value) between I/Os and 0.4pF (typical value) from I/O to ground.
