Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Portugal, and the UK are launching a joint front: unified procedures, data exchange, and ad blocking. At the Madrid summit, regulators agreed that no country can fight transnational illegal networks alone. A joint strategy will be developed, including shared information on offenders.

🔹 Turkey tightens advertising rules
A new regulation is at the door:
— strict sponsorship labeling;
— disclosure of AI and filters;
— ban on targeting minors.
🔹 Slovakia — reform on hold
The president blocked the recently adopted bill, sending it back for revision due to concerns about citizen protection and doubts about the legislative process — some amendments were not properly discussed.
🔹 Estonia lowers the online gambling tax
Instead of 6%, the rate will be 4%. The government aims not only to attract more international operators but also to increase funding for cultural and sports initiatives in the long term.
🔹 Ireland publishes a concerning report
It shows that many local players split their activity across multiple accounts. Around 10% of users operate four or more bookmaker accounts simultaneously.

🔹 Chile admits blocking failure
Providers cannot technically restrict access — legalization is now being actively discussed.
