У пациентов с хронической сердечной недостаточностью усиленная наружная контрпульсация была связана со значительным улучшением толерантности к физической нагрузке и систолической функции.
Согласно нескольким исследованиям, дистанция теста шестиминутной ходьбы увеличивалась в лечебных группах примерно на 20–60% — с отдельными сообщениями об увеличении до 125,5% — а в одном метаанализе было отмечено абсолютное улучшение приблизительно на 84,8 метра. Параллельно, в группах лечения наблюдалось увеличение фракции выброса левого желудочка в диапазоне от примерно 7,7% до 21,1% (с одним сообщением о достижении примерно 23%), в то время как в контрольных группах улучшение обычно составляло от 5% до 8%. В большинстве протоколов использовался курс из 35 сеансов продолжительностью один час каждый с давлением накачивания манжет в
диапазоне 220–300 мм рт. ст., и улучшения были статистически значимыми
(p < 0,05 до p < 0,001) в большинстве исследований.
Методы
Мы проанализировали 40 источников из первоначального пула в 500, используя 8 критериев отбора. Каждая публикация была проверена на предмет 7 ключевых аспектов, которые имели наибольшее значение для цели исследования.
