As part of Level 4 of the first season of the “Business Diplomat” program, a selected group of Uzbek entrepreneurs carried out a working visit to Australia. Throughout the visit, the participants engaged with key economic and academic institutions across the country, gaining hands-on exposure to international business practices and exploring new avenues for collaboration.

The visit began in Melbourne, where the delegation was welcomed at the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The main focus of the meeting was the franchising sector—its legal framework, operational models, and international collaboration potential within the Australian market. Local experts delivered analytical presentations on the evolution of franchising in Australia, its success factors, and export-ready business formats.

While in Melbourne, participants also attended a tailored session at the Melbourne Business School, one of Australia’s leading business education institutions. The program offered in-depth knowledge on strategic management, sustainable business models, leadership, and international marketing. The interactive sessions, built around real-world case studies, provided both theoretical insights and practical tools for participants to apply in their own enterprises.

The second part of the visit took place in Sydney, where the delegation joined a session at the prestigious University of Sydney. The class covered key topics such as international business strategy, modern entrepreneurship frameworks, and digital transformation. The structured and analytically driven environment of the university allowed participants to reflect deeply on global market dynamics and innovative business thinking.

The trip was organized under the leadership of Mr. Mirshod Shakirov, founder of the “Business Diplomat” initiative. The program continues to create platforms for entrepreneurs to access real-world knowledge, develop strategic partnerships, and connect with international business networks.

Strong Impressions and Practical Value

The Australia stage left a strong and lasting impression on all participants. Beyond gaining new knowledge and contacts, they returned with a clearer vision for aligning their businesses with international standards. Exposure to advanced franchising systems, innovation-led strategies, and international cooperation frameworks has expanded their perspective and informed their next steps.

Through this visit, “Business Diplomat” once again affirmed its role as a practical and high-impact platform—not just for learning, but for transformative business development.
