I'd like to answer your questions. As for me, I usually have six lessons a day at school. Sometimes it's five if there are no extra classes, but generally it's busy from morning till afternoon. As for foreign languages, we can learn English and German at my school. English is compulsory, and German is optional for those who want it. In my opinion, English is the most important subject for my future career because it helps in communication worldwide. For example, if I become a programmer, I'll need it for international projects and reading documents.
