Krasnodar, 16 September – Yug Times. Kuban deputies assessed federal legislative initiatives at the 64th extraordinary session of the regional parliament, held by absentee vote. Lawmakers adopted two resolutions: On Positive Feedback on Federal Draft Laws and On Negative Feedback on Federal Draft Laws. In total, 48 draft laws were reviewed, with 43 supported. These included amendments to Russian codes and federal laws on protecting public health from tobacco smoke and nicotine products, on state regulation of agricultural land fertility, on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and others. “Before the session, each draft had been carefully reviewed in relevant committees. Those that received positive assessments are important and relevant for Kuban, aimed at improving legal regulation in the social sphere and across industries.
