Krasnodar, 19 August – Yug Times. This Kuban road-construction enterprise specialising in engineering structures has reportedly optimised the production of railing barriers under the federal project Labour Productivity.
"When a company demonstrates such a significant increase in efficiency in a short period of time, it deserves special attention. The economic effect of around 8.4 million roubles reflects not only financial results but also qualitative changes: higher order volumes, reduced downtime and greater customer satisfaction," said Krasnodar Re gion’s Minister of Economy, Aleksei Yurtaev.
With the support of experts from the Regional Competence Centre, the company’s output grew by 39%, opening doors to new clients. Production became faster, with lead times reduced by 22.6%
