The resort has received commissioning approval, with its official opening scheduled for autumn. It will offer over 350 rooms, an aquathermal zone with a 25-metre heated swimming pool, saunas and a hammam. The heart of the complex is a spacious atrium with a winter garden beneath a glass dome. Another long-awaited revival is the Volna spa centre, moth balled since 2012. An investment agreement for its restoration was signed at the St. Petersburg Inter national Economic Forum in 2022. The project includes the preservation and adaptation of the regional cultural heritage site — the Volna palace and park ensemble — along with the construction of a new building.
