Bitwise Adjusts Ethereum Forecast
🔷Investment firm Bitwise has revised its Ethereum price forecast, lowering the expected target from $7,000 to $4,500 by the end of 2025. The adjustment comes amid weakening retail interest and overall market uncertainty. Nevertheless, analysts believe ETH can still retest its previous all-time high, emphasizing that the full bull cycle is not yet over. According to Bitwise, its peak may occur in early 2026.
🔷Despite lowering targets for both Ethereum and Solana, Bitwise remains bullish on Bitcoin, maintaining its forecast of $200,000. A key factor is the demand for Bitcoin ETFs: since the beginning of the year, they have attracted $9 billion, with total inflows potentially reaching $35–40 billion. Additionally, the number of countries including Bitcoin in their reserves has grown to 11 and is expected to continue rising.
