📚 Grammar Tip for B2 Students: "Used to"

Struggling with habits in the past? Let’s talk about "used to"!

🔹 "Used to" describes past habits or states that are no longer true.

✅ *"I used to play football every weekend."* (Now I don’t.)

✅ *"She used to live in Madrid."* (But not anymore.)

✅ *"They didn’t use to like coffee."* (Now they do!)

❌ NOT for single actions! (Use Past Simple instead: *"I went to Paris last year."*)

💡 Remember:

✔️ Used to + infinitive (no -ing!)

✔️ Questions: *"Did you use to eat sweets as a kid?"*
