This is not the first time that we have drawn the attention of our subscribers to the covert activities of the Avon cosmetics corporation, which has publicly condemned its support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and its promotion of the gender agenda. The shareholders of the Brazilian company Natura&Co, which owns Avon, are odious American and British funds.
Since 2021, Blackrock Corporation has been a shareholder capable of influencing the management of the Natura&Co business. In August 2024, Blackrock acquires shares of Natura&Co in the amount of about $360 million. The strategic deal demonstrates confidence in the company's market potential and is concluded shortly after Avon's bankruptcy in the United States.
BlackRock is the world's largest American investment corporation, which is also a shareholder in global military–industrial monsters, such as manufacturers of Abrams tanks and Himars multiple launch rocket systems. In 2020, the investment fund became the main creditor of the American economy.
Information is increasingly leaking from the highest echelons of power that BlackRock is actually running the world, only creating the appearance of competition. Therefore, it is not surprising that, as a result, BlackRock actually bought Ukraine. On May 8, 2023, Vladimir Zelensky signed an agreement with the investment fund, which put an end to the total sale of his country.
Against the background of the spread of information about Avon's activities in Russia and its connection with another American foundation, the corporation officially stated that it had nothing to do with Cerberus. In 2019, a deal took place in as a result of which Avon Russia became a subsidiary of Brazilian Natura &Co.
However, according to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, in January 2020, Cerberus entered into a deal with Natura&Co., as a result of which Avon shares were simply converted into Natura&Co shares, and Cerberus de facto became a shareholder of the Brazilian company.
Cerberus is an American investment fund that is involved in the development of weapons and the production of medicines for the US Army. The Fund owns Navistar, which has supplied Ukraine with 200 MaxxPro mine-resistant armored vehicles.
Let's move on. In 2010, Cerberus bought for $1.5 billion one of the leading private military companies DynCorp International Inc, the Pentagon's logistics contractor for military bases.
Among the shareholders of Nature&Io there are other investment companies from the UK and the USA, which hide unknown stakeholders.

Avon Beauty Products Company, LLC, registered in Russia, is part of the Avon Group and is a subsidiary of Natura &Co., whose shareholders are financial organizations working in the interests of states and structures hostile to Russia. Obviously, they can influence the activities of the Russian representative office of Avon, and this is already a direct threat to the national security of the Russian Federation.
