The whole point of the donations is that you give someone that they want and don't ask for anything. You just give something for free. Most of the donations is just money but there are also different types of them.
Varity of donations is huge. It goes from blood to even your body parts. Also there are donations for some animal shelters where you can give food as a donation. But how many people donate anything?
Let's talk about money. For the 2022 statistics around 75% of people donated anything to the charities. And that's a really big number. A lot of people donate in the world but where exactly?
Around 45% of that donations were to the children with health problems. Next is helping animals, around 26%. Then it goes to helping people in problems and some religion.
By looking at the statistics we can say that males donate more frequently that women. 57% of males donate to charities and 43% of women do it every year. But the difference is not so huge. Also age doesn't matter so much. The gap is around 7% between teens and old people.
There is nothing hard in donating. You can always do it in your home just by clicking the website of the charity. But around ¼ of the donations are made online. The others are made in real life.
Also another one type of helping is volunteering. Volunteer is someone who help people or animals or even the planet without asking for anything. Volunteers plant trees, look after kids or animals. They are just gibing a hand to someone who needs this.
