Krasnodar, 31 October – Yug Times. The 2024 overhaul programme in Kuban is reportedly 92 per cent complete. The works have been completed in 605 apartment buildings out of the schedueld 661. Over 45,000 people have improved their living conditions.
Viacheslav Shaposhnik, Vice Minister of Fuel and Energy Complex and Housing and Communal Services of the Krasnodar region, together with Mikhail Lysenko, Head of the Regional Fund for Capital Repair of Apartment Buildings, and representatives of contractors inspected the progress of work in Krasnodar's apartment buildings.
"All our contractors are local; they work with materials and equipment produced in the region," noted Viacheslav Shaposhnik. In Krasnodar, the complete overhaul in 34 apartment buildings is nearing completion; 212 facilities have already been put into operation. The plan has been fulfilled by 30 municipalities of Krasnodar Krai; in the near future it will be completed by seven more municipalities, including Sochi and Novorossiysk.
At the moment, the contractors have overhauled 380 roofs, 504 internal house engineering systems and 232 facades; they replaced 96 lifts out of the planned 108 in 30 apartment buildings.
At the same time, 18 municipalities have already started the overhaul of facilities according to the plan of 2025. The overhaul works are being carried out in 56 apartment buildings.
