The first and MOST IMPORTANT app to learn foreign languages is a well-known video platform, YouTube. But why is it the best application to learn foreign languages? The thing is that, there's so many content that you can watch in almost every language in the world. Even if we don't talk about language learning, there are so many artists, musicians, scientist etc. that have become good at their job just using such an amazing tool. Yes, Wikipedia is not just a site where you can read articles, but there's also a Wikipedia app. It does not work as well as YouTube, but I consider it to be the best language learning app because of the content that it allows you to read. Wikipedia's got millions of articles in lots of languages. You have to master reading in a foreign language to unserstand it better, so I think Wikipedia is a great way to start.

3.Character.AI

If you are eager to improve your speaking in a foreign language than you can use the app called Character.AI. Recently, I've been trying to improve my Spanish, and came across this very application. You can create your own characters and even call them. In my opinion, Character.AI deserves to be one of the best apps to learn a foreign language.

4. Duocards

Another app to learn foreign languages is called Duocards. I've been using it for a while and think that it is one of the best apps that deserves to be on this list. You can learn a language using Comprehensible Input. You can read and listen a lot using Duocards. The app also allows you to repeat your flashcards using spaced repetition method. In my opinion, if you are trying to learn another foreign language, you should definitely try Duocards.

5.Talkpal

Talkpal is a great app to improve your speaking skills in a foreign language. You don't have to create your own characters, they are already made. One drawback is that in free version only onw character is available to you, but still you can really improve your communication skills in language learning.

Conclusion
