Today I want to tell about social media. Everyone has got a phone, laptop or computer and spend time online. Someone chats with friends online or some people watch videos and listen a music.
Some of my friends spend a lot of time online, but I think it isn't good for them. When you a lot of time watch on display, your eyes get tired, so I try to spend less time online. I try to spend less than 2 hours on the phone.
Also everyone uses different sites and apps and all of them are good in their own way. I usually use communication apps because I don't play games very much. For example, I use WhatsApp to chat with my teachers and family and Telegram to chat with my friends.
But I have never posted something online. I think it isn't interesting for other. I prefer to tell my friends and family news from my life in person without apps and Internet.
I don't spend much time online, but sometimes I check my profiles and update them if it need. It happen monthly and l think that's enough.
So I think social media is a perfect thing, but you shouldn't spend a lot of time online because it's bad for your health. You need to know the measure or it can be not good for you.
