Right after graduating from RIOU in June, 2024, Ali Arshad @arshid.mr, was appointed to the position of Sports Director in Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan, Pakistan.
“Graduating in Sports Science and Physical Education, followed by transitioning from being an athlete to an administrative role, has always left me feeling that something was missing in my professional journey. The dream of becoming a world-class sports manager or administrator comes with numerous hurdles, especially when living in underdeveloped countries like Pakistan.
However, I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be admitted to the Russian International Olympic University (RIOU) and become a part of the 2023-24 Batch. I successfully completed my Master’s degree in Sports Administration. The degree equips me with up-to-date knowledge and skills, empowers me, and connects me to world-class professionals. RIOU is truly a place "where people become professionals in sports." The global diversity of study, the comprehensive curriculum, the expertise of the professional teachers, and the warm-hearted people of Russia have all contributed to shaping me into a perfect role model, not just in the field but off the field as well.
