Achieving security and fair equality for the minority of voters whose candidate did not win the elections by the open ballot system.
Voters whose candidate did not win the elections by the open voting system may face persecution and retaliation, and because a real democracy that operates by the open ballot system and does not accept only an honest and transparent result of the electoral process, at the same time it does not accept sacrificing the security and safety of voters who may face the difficulties of persecution and revenge against the victorious power and their followers who will be able to govern the country.
Therefore, the government needs to make a constitutional amendment to establish an institution with supreme executive authority to protect democracy and the origin of its competence is to protect the opposition minority from the oppression and Revenge of the winning power in the elections by the open voting system.
This institution with the Supreme executive power is made up of all elements of society from the citizens of the country, half of which are women and the other half are men, and represents all age groups of voters, all ethnic origins and all religions, and undergoes training to accept the differences of each of them with others and to fulfill the national duty to protect the opposing voters in that they receive equal rights like others.
In this good way, a balance is created between believing in the truthfulness of the result of elections that operate with an open ballot system and protecting the security and safety of the opposing voter from facing any persecution as a result of the open voting system, which in turn leads to the strength and cohesion of the country and democratic civil society and turning into a higher horizon under a real democratic election process.
