I am a traveler. There is a term "an individual traveler" in a touristic sphere. I am exactly such a traveler. I am often confronted with the people's surprise about my habit of traveling alone: - How? - Are you scared? - Are you not afraid that something happens? - You know, it's more interesting in the company! (I have a question - to whom? The answer is "not for me"). Frankly speaking, anything can happen regardless of whether you are traveling with someone or alone. There is another issue - is it better when you are alone (and you are responsible only for yourself) or with someone else (and the fear for your companions is also mixed in)? That is the question! Well, I've traveled both in a company and alone. I cannot say that I dislike traveling in a company. It depends on people with me. However, I prefer single traveling to the company. There are several reasons for this: a) It's cheaper. Indeed, tickets, excursions, food, hotel, etc. are cheaper than if you travel with a family.
