The AD7853LARSZ is a low power, 8-channel, 12-bit, successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC) from Analog Devices. It is designed for use in battery-powered applications, such as portable medical equipment, portable test and measurement equipment, and consumer electronics.
The AD7853LARSZ features a low power consumption of only 1.2 mW at 3 V and a low power shutdown mode of 0.1 μA. It also features a fast conversion rate of up to 200 kSPS, a wide input voltage range of 2.7 V to 5.5 V, and a wide temperature range of 40°C to +85°C. The device also features an internal reference voltage of 2.5 V, an on-chip clock oscillator, and an SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE compatible serial interface.
The AD7853LARSZ is available in a 24-pin SSOP package and is ideal for applications such as portable medical equipment, portable test and measurement equipment, and consumer electronics.
